Yahoo! is perhaps best known for its web portal, search engine Yahoo! Directory, Yahoo! Mail, Yahoo! News, advertising, online mapping and many others.

Yahoo,submitted recently a complaint to the National Arbitration Center,requesting the domain name wwwyahoocom.com to be transferred to them.The complainant registered the "Yahoo" mark with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.Therefore,the panel decided that the disputed domain name is confusingly similar to Yahoo's mark.The respondent,ShowMeMyMoney.com LLC seems to have used the domain name to profit from such use through the generation of click-through fees.It seems that the domain name resolved to a website featuring click-through links,which resolves further to other websites.That is why the panel decided that the respondent registered and used the domain name in bad faith.Therefore,the panel decided the domain name to transferred to the respondent to the complainant.
